3. Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this may vary during peak seasons or promotions.

5. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. 

6. International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on any applicable duties or taxes.

7. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only in the United States. If your country is not on this list, we apologize for any inconvenience, and we do not currently offer shipping to your location.

8. Shipping Address: It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

9. Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  However, in the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our abilities.
